We at The Label Sitara✨ strive to deliver the finest quality women's ethnic wear. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the below guidelines for a smooth return process:
Return Policy
1.Customers will need to self-ship the parcel back to us in case of a return.
2.The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3.Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will refund the full product amount.
4.Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
Eligibility for Return:
✅ Return request must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
✅ Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
✅ All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
✅ Product should be free from any damage, stains, or alterations.
Important Guidelines:
✔️ If the product fails the quality check (tags missing, damage found), return/refund will not be processed.
✔️ If you are claiming a defect or damage, you must provide:
➤ Clear video and photos of the product taken before applying for return.
➤ The defect should be visible in the submitted media.
Non-Returnable Items:

➤ Items damaged after delivery by the customer.
➤ Products used, washed, or altered in any way.
Refund Process:
